Message Settings for PaxFlow.

In our Message settings you can set your Reply To E-mail address, Company name that appears on your sent out SMS and keep track of the quota of SMS and E-mails you have remaining.

Accessing Message Settings

Click on "Settings" on the left hand sidebar and click on "Message Settings".

Inside of Message Settings we have tabs with Email settings, SMS settings, Quota settings and WhatsApp Settings.

E-mail Settings

You can easily set the Reply To E-mail address, type in the E-mail address you wish to use as your Reply To E-mail in the window displayed below and make sure to hit the "Save" button once you have typed in your E-mail address.

A Success message will appear and you have successfully added a Reply To E-mail.

SMS Settings

To be able to use our SMS feature you first need to add your company name in settings.

Under SMS settings fill out your company name under "Sender Name". You need to make sure that there is not special symbols in your company name see this article for further info. Once you have typed the name in click "Save"

Then you have successfully added your company name as sender name for SMS messages. Here you can find a list of countries that are supported in our SMS service. ​

To take a look at Quota Settings click on "Quota Settings"

Under the Quota Settings you can see the Remaining Quota for SMS, E-mails and WhatsApp credits. Every company get s a Free Email quota the amount is depending on the plan they choose.

Lastly let´s take a look at WhatsApp Settings by clicking on "WhatsApp Settings"

WhatsApp Settings

Under WhatsApp Settings you can see the WhatsApp Business Platform Setup. It´s also possible to enable "Auto Reply" by clicking the checkbox and add in your Auto Reply message. This way if your customer replies to a WhatsApp message you can notify them for instance that they will be answered within certain time frame or that their message has been delivered and ask them send an E-mail with questions.
