Subscription & Billing and Add-ons

You can easily manage your add-ons and make sure you have everything you need. Whether you're upgrading your plan, increasing your quota, or adding more features, it’s all just a few clicks away.This quick guide will show you how to adjust your Booking Forms, SMS Quota, and other add-ons so you can keep things running smoothly.

Open up "Settings" and click "Subscription & Billing"

Under Subscription & Billing you will find Account Details, Plans and Billing. You can also see under Subscription the Next billing date, the status of your plan - here its Active and Estimated next invoice

Let´s take a look at Account details by clicking on it.

In the "Account Details" section you will find the Company Details and Account Owner information. Click on Billing to open your subscription and billing settings. Here you can manage your current subscription, update your payment details, and purchase additional services or add-ons.

Your current subscription and any active add-ons are displayed on the Billing page. Click your subscription to review its details or make changes.

Click Edit Subscription to modify your current subscription. From here, you can change your plan, add optional services, or update your subscription before confirming the changes.

Click Change to view the available PaxFlow subscription plans. You can compare plans and select the one that best fits your business requirements.

Use the drop-down menu to browse the available subscription plans and choose the plan you would like to switch to.

Select the subscription plan you want to upgrade or change to. The plan details and pricing will update automatically based on your selection.

Click Add Add-ons to browse optional services that can be added to your subscription, such as SMS bundles or other available add-ons.

Choose the add-on you would like to include with your subscription. If the add-on allows quantities, adjust the amount to match your business needs.

Once you've selected your add-on, click Add to include it in your subscription. The selected add-on will be added to your subscription summary.

Review your subscription changes to ensure the correct plan and add-ons have been selected. When you're happy with your changes, proceed to update your subscription.

Before confirming your changes, review the updated subscription summary. This page displays your selected subscription plan, any added add-ons, their quantities, and your updated billing information.

Click Update Subscription to save your changes. Once the update has been processed successfully, your subscription will be updated and the selected plan and add-ons will become active.

Next click on the "Plans" section to continue managing your subscription.

Booking forms Add-ons can be adjusted in the Subscription & Billing. First 10 submitted Booking forms each month are free, after that you need to add on a quota for submitted booking forms. If you click on the drop down then we have pre selection of 10, 50, 100, 250, 1000, 2000, 5000 and 10000 submitted booking forms per month. Contact us in the chat for prices for booking forms.

To Update your Booking Form quota, choose one of the pre selected allowance and click on "Update"

A pop up window will appear above the button asking you to "Confirm?" and you can choose "No" or "Yes". Click on "Yes" to Confirm.

A Success message will pop up and you can see that the number in the drop down has changed.

SMS Add-ons can be adjusted in the Subscription & Billing. You need to add an SMS quota to use the SMS messages feature in PaxFlow. If you click on the drop down then we have pre selection of 1000, 2000, 5000 and 10000 SMS credits per month. Keep in mind that the one SMS can be multiple parts and one message part requires you to have an allowance of 1 credit or higher in order for the message to be sent. If you wish to update your Quota click on "Update"

A pop up window will appear above the button asking you to "Confirm?" and you can choose "No" or "Yes". Click on "Yes" to Confirm.

A Success message will pop up and you can see that the number in the drop down has changed.

WhatsApp credits can be adjusted in the Subscription & Billing section. You need to add a WhatsApp credit quota to use the WhatsApp messaging feature in PaxFlow.

When you click on the drop-down menu, you can choose from pre-set options of 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000 or 2000 WhatsApp credits per month.

Choose the amount of quota you want to add and click on "Update"

A pop up window will appear above the button asking you to "Confirm?" and you can choose "No" or "Yes". Click on "Yes" to Confirm.

A Success message will pop up and you have added WhatsApp credits to your account.

You can easily add on 500 additional SMS credits per month, just click on "Fill up" to buy additional 500 SMS credits.

click Fill Up to add the credits to your order. The selected bundle will be added to your checkout summary.

Review your order to ensure you've selected the correct credit bundle. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click Proceed to Checkout.

Before completing your purchase, review your Account Details and Billing Address to make sure all information is correct. If any details need to be updated, click Edit before continuing with the checkout process. Lastly add your payment details and click on Pay to complete your purchase.
