SMS Message Quota
To send SMS messages through PaxFlow, you must have an active SMS quota subscription with available credits. One message part requires you to have an allowance of 1 credit or higher in order for the message to be sent.2. Click "Quota Settings"
You can purchase the SMS quota in PaxFlow under Settings > Subscription and Billing.
SMS Message Parts
A single SMS message part can contain up to 160 alphanumeric characters. If your message includes special or non-standard characters, the limit is reduced to 70 characters per message part.
If the message exceeds the 160-character or 70-character limit, it will be sent as a multi-part message. In this case, additional SMS credits will be used. For example, a message that exceeds the single-part limit will be charged as 2 credits. The customer will still receive the message as a single SMS conversation on their device.

The character count displayed on the template is an estimation. Personalization parameters may affect the final character count when replaced with the information from the booking details and decide how many SMS parts are required to deliver the message.
