Message templates offer several great benefits:

These advantages make your communications more effective and streamlined.

Accessing Message Templates

Log into https://admin.paxflow.io/. On the left hand side on the dashboard click on "Messages" and click "Message Templates"

In the Templates overview you can see the "Default Templates", create "New Template" and all the templates created. They are listed by Title, Description, Type, Purpose, Automatic, Last Modified, Status and Actions.

Viewing Default Templates.

You can Show default templates by cliking on the toggle that is highlighted.

By clicking on "Preview" you can see a preview of the default template.


Tour Reminder and Upsell template (Default Template). Click on "Close" to close the preview.

Additional Message Template options.

There are other options available under the "Actions" drop down. You can Send SMS/Send mail, Preview, Edit, Duplicte/Clone, Delete or Deactivate the template. Click on "Preview" to have a look at the SMS template

A pop up with the SMS template will appear on the screen. Click on "Close" to close the Preview Template.

If you want to Duplicate/Clone an E-mail template click on "Duplicate/Clone"

A succsess message will appear for "Template duplicated"
