How to Open a Booking on PaxPortal

Below you will find easy follow along steps on how to open a customer booking in PaxPortal from the Dashboard.

1. Navigate to https://admin.paxflow.io/

2. On the left side of the dashboard click "PaxPortal"

3. Click "Open PaxPortal"

4. Insert your booking reference and email address or full name.

5. Click "Open my booking"

Then you should have successfully opened up your booking on PaxPortal
