Below you can watch the video or follow step by step instuctions on how to open a customer booking in PaxPortal from the Dashboard.

Log into https://admin.paxflow.io/. On the left side of the dashboard click "PaxPortal"

Click "Open PaxPortal"

Insert your booking reference and click "Search Booking"

Fill in your E-mail address or Full name and click "Open my booking"

Then you should have successfully opened up your booking on PaxPortal
