WaiverForever

WaiverForever is an easy-to-use online waiver platform. PaxFlow can link customers to WaiverForever waivers on PaxPortal.

Use the steps below to enable WaiverForever, assign waiver templates to products, and give customers a signing link.

Before you start

Have a WaiverForever application key ready. Sign in to PaxFlow Admin with access to integrations and product settings.

Get a WaiverForever application key

If you do not have an application key, open Account Settings in WaiverForever, select Generate New Application Key, enter the app name and description, and select Create.

Connect the integration

Use the integration settings to enable WaiverForever and save the application key.

  1. Open Settings > Integrations.

  2. Under Waivers and documents, select WaiverForever to expand its settings.

  3. Turn on Enable WaiverForever.

  4. In API Key, enter your WaiverForever application key.

  5. Select Save.

PaxFlow displays the Waivers settings saved confirmation when it saves the settings. If the key is invalid, PaxFlow displays Invalid API key - please check and try again and does not save the settings.

Assign waiver templates to a product

After you enable the integration, assign each required waiver template from the product’s settings.

  1. Open Settings > Products.

  2. On the product row, open the actions menu and select View Product Settings.

  3. Select the PaxPortal tab.

  4. In Waivers by WaiverForever, select Add Waiver.

  5. Select a waiver template.

PaxFlow displays Waiver successfully assigned and shows the template as an assigned badge. To remove a template, select the X on its assigned badge. PaxFlow then displays Waiver successfully unassigned.

Verify the customer experience

When a booking has an assigned waiver, PaxPortal shows the waiver template and the number of submitted waivers.

Customers select Sign to open the WaiverForever signing link.

After every participant submits the waiver, the link changes to Signed.

PaxPortal shows the completed waiver state after all participants have submitted.

The customer can then close the completed signing window.
