Cancellation Requests

Manage your cancellations in one place

The cancellation requests list is very useful to to handle submitted PaxPortal cancellation requests from customers.

Note this feature requires a PRO subscription.

Log in to the management UI (https://admin.paxflow.io/) to see this new feature.
On the right-hand side of the screen, select Bookings and click Cancellation Requests.

The bookings are by default ordered by the newest booking on top of the list, you can change this to the oldest one on top if you click on Requested.

Select the date/date range you want to see or search for the information you are looking for. You can search by customer's name, email address, phone number, or booking ID. The list will show up when you've selected the criteria you want to see.

Requested: Date of cancellation request.

Booking: Booking ID.

Departure: Departure date.

Activity: Name of the activity booked.
Pax: Number of participants booked. Click the number of pax to get the pax breakdown.

Customer: Name and email information

Seller

Reason: Reason for cancellation requested. Hover over the reason to see the whole text.

Payment: Payment status.
Status: Booking status.
Request: Cancellation approved or declined.

Select approve if you want to approve the cancellation of this booking. A pop-up window will appear where you are asked to confirm the cancellation. You can also open the booking in Bókun from the pop-up window - View activity in Bókun.

Click on the Booking Code to open the Booking details where you can send the ticket to the customer or/and cancel the activity.

If you cancel the activity, the booking will also be canceled in Bókun.
