See all your bookings in one place!

With this feature, All Bookings, you can see a list of all your bookings in one place.

Opening All Bookings

On the left-hand side of the screen, select Bookings and click All bookings.

The bookings are by default ordered by the newest booking on the top of the list, you can change this to the oldest on top if you click on Booked at.

Select the date/date range you want to see or search for the information you are looking for. You can search by customer's name, email address, phone number, or booking ID.

The list will show up when you've selected the criteria you want to see.

Booked at: Time of booking

Booking Code: Booking ID

Customer: Name and email information
Phone: Phone number

Seller

Payment: Payment status

Actions: Open the booking in PaxPortal

Accessing bookings by Booking Code.

To see more details about a specific booking, click the plus sign in front of the Booked at field.

On that view, you'll see what product this customer booked, pickup place, the tour's start date, the number of participants booked, the start time, and the departure status.

Click on the Booking Code to open the Booking details where you can cancel the activity, reschedule the activity or send ticket to the customer.

If you cancel the activity, the booking will also be canceled in Bókun.

Opening the PaxPortal from Booking Details

You can also open the booking in PaxPortal from this view, just click on the "Open on Paxportal" to do so.

Sending E-mail/SMS from All Bookings view.

You can also send E-mail or SMS from All Bookings, to do so just click on Actions at the far right end of the booking.

Then you need to click on send message and choose E-mail or SMS

You will from there need to choose what template you want to send out and then click on next

If needed you can edit your E-mail template and hit next, and from there you can send your E-mail.
