PaxPortal - Upsell/Cross sell products

With the PaxPortal it's easy to add your Bókun widget to allow your customers to book more products.

To be able to add the Embed Code in PaxFlow you need to use a product list from Bokun and generate a embed code

and click "Copy Embed Code"

Click on PaxPortal and open up PaxPortal Settings.

Find Embed Booking Widget and click on "Add New Widget"

add your Heading and paste the Embed code into the text field.

You can click on the "Show preview" button to see your widget before setting it live

Click on "Close" or click the "X" in the top right corner to close the preview widget

Make sure to slide the "Publish" toggle to set your booking widget live.

and click "Save" to save the booking widget.

A Success message will appear on the top right corner.

The widget will be displayed below booking on the PaxPortal once it has been published and saved.

We recommend you create a new Booking Channel in Bókun for PaxPortal bookings, that way it's easy to see how much you sell through the customer portal.
On your Bókun account, navigate to Settings on the bottom left-hand side and go to Sales Settings to find Booking Channels. Open that up and you'll see New Channel on the top right.

You may want to consider creating a new product list for products you want to promote on PaxPortal.

You can also add a booking widget on a product level, to do so, click on "Settings" and then click on "Products"

To find a specific product, click the "Search product info" field.

Find the product you want to open up and click on the product code.

Click on "Embed Booking Widget"

If there is no widget on a product level the global settings apply, click on "Add New Widget"

add a header to the booking widget and copy the booking widget into the "Embed Code" field.

You can click on the "Show preview" button to see your widget before setting it live

Click on "Close" or click the "X" in the top right corner to close the preview widget

Make sure to slide the "Publish" toggle to set your booking widget live.

and click "Save" to save the booking widget.

A Success message will appear and you have saved the widget.
