How to request cancellation for booked tours

In PaxPortal your customers are able to request cancellation of a booked tour. This is a quick and simple way to communicate with the operator.

Select request cancellation, write a message to the operator and send the cancellation request.

A success message will be displayed, that your cancellation request has been sent to the operator.

This action will send an email notification to the operator to inform them about the cancellation request and you can open the booking directly from that email.
