In PaxPortal your customers are able to modify the pickup location for the tour. The available pickup locations on PaxPortal are imported from your booking platform. Make sure to set them up correctly on your booking system before offering this to your customers.
Customers can select "Change pickup location" to open up a list of preset pickup locations for the tour booked. The customer can select any location or search for the right location, then click confirm to change the pickup location.
A success message will be displayed and your booking will automatically update on your screen.
