How to reschedule a booking

In PaxPortal, your customers are able to reschedule the booked tour.

Select reschedule next to the date field to open a calendar.

Select a date to see available departure times, then select confirm to reschedule the booking.

A success message will be displayed and the booking will automatically update on the screen.

In case you decide not to reschedule your booking, select the close button in the top right corner to hide the calendar view.
