How to reschedule a booking

Departure Reschedule

In PaxPortal, your customers are able to reschedule the booked tour.

Click the Reschedule button to open a calendar.

Select a date to see available departure times and make sure to select a time, then click confirm to reschedule the booking.

A success message will be displayed and the booking will automatically update on the screen.
