Track the progress of all tickets related to your company.

Home page	Default page to be displayed to the user upon login.
Language	Default language in which the application interface is displayed to the user(currently only English language is supported)
Login PIN	Displays all 11 digits of the pin. The first 3 digits are the user id which belong to the pin. The last 8 digits are randomly set by the system.
Change PIN	Changes the last 8 digits of the pin randomly
Deactivate PIN	Erases the last 8 digits of the pin. When the pin is deactivated, the user cannot log into the tablet application. To create a new pin use *Change PIN.*
Save	For the changes to take effect, click Save.
