Slack is a team communication tool. It can be integrated with PaxFlow to allow different messages or conversations from PaxFlow application to be sent to the assigned slack channels automatically.
Prerequisites
Slack account with required workplace access.
Contact us to enable Slack Integration with PaxFlow.
Once enabled, follow the steps listed below to configure PaxFlow to access and send notifications to Slack.
Allow access by clicking Add to Slack and follow the instructions in your Slack workspace.
Configure channels appropriately
Field | Description |
Northern Lights | Channel to be used for sending messages related to Northern Lights departures |
Cancellations | Channel to be used to sending notifications related to Cancellations in different departures. |
Diary | Channel to be used for sending daily departure dairy posts everyday. |
