From the Settings page, navigate to Map on your left hand site-bar.

These settings are used to define the regions to be displayed on the map in the admin application as well as in the tablet application.

To define a new region, click the Add button at the bottom. Provide a title for the region and enter the latitude and longitude coordinates of the region.
