Creating a new Booking Form

Creating a booking form is actually pretty simple! In this guide, we’ll show you how to set up a smooth and efficient booking form to help tour companies manage reservations with ease. A well-designed form can save time, reduce errors, and give customers a hassle-free way to share valuable information. Let’s get started!


Click on "Settings" and then click on "Booking Forms"

Creating a Booking Form

Here you can see an overview of all booking forms. Click on "New Form" to create a new booking form.

Now you can edit the booking form to your liking. Start off by adding a Title and if needed a Description.

Then you can choose if the template is Enabled or Disabled by sliding the toggle.

To choose what kind of field you want to add to your booking form, click the dropdown highlighted. The options you can choose from are: Checkbox, Date, Dropdown, E-mail, Link, Number, Radio, Rating, Slider, Text area, Text field, Yes_No, Nationality, Weight, Hight and Signature. In the screenshot below textfield is chosen.

Adding a Field to the booking Form

Next you need to click on "Add field"

Then your new field appears below. If you click on "Untitled" you will open a drop down to modify the text field.

Fill in the Title, and if needed Description, Description url and Default text. You can also make the answer Required by clicking the checkbox highlighted.

Repeat the steps above to add another answer option. Let´s add nationality. Make sure to click on "Add field"

You can also rearrange the order of the answers by clicking the arrows at the further right end - highlighted below.

Previewing a Booking Form

You can always preview the booking form by clicking on "Show Preview"

And you can even test filling it out and click on the drop downs.

Click on the "X" at the top right corner to close the preview.

Once you are happy with your booking form click on "Save"

A pop up should appear with a success message that the Form has been saved. Click on Booking Forms to access the Booking Forms Overview again.

Activating your Booking Form

To activate the booking form, click on the Actions drop down and click on "Enable"

Then you get a success message that your Form has been updated and your booking form is active.
