Booking forms make it easy to collect and manage information from passengers. In PaxFlow, you can create custom booking forms that fit your needs, letting customers provide all the details you require upfront.
You can quickly find existing forms, tweak them, or start fresh with a new one. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to use booking forms so you can streamline your booking process.
Start by clicking on "Settings" and then click on "Booking Forms"
Booking Forms Options.
Here you can see an overview of all booking forms you have created. Booking Forms are sorted by ID, Title, Response Type, Enabled, Last Modified, Products and Actions.
The booking forms can be Active or Inactive.
You can filter the list of booking forms by Active or Inactive forms by clicking on the drop down by Enabled.
To filter the list by Active booking forms select the checkbox next to Active and click on "OK"
Adding Booking Form to a Product.
You can also add the booking form to Products by clicking on the "Select Product" dropdown next to the booking form and choose the product or products you want to add it to.
A success message will appear that the booking form has been added to the product.
You can search for a specific one by typing the name of it in the search box.
Click on "Reset" to clear the search field.
Under "Actions" you can find the options for the booking form. They are Preview, Edit, Delete and Enable/Disable. Let's Preview one of the booking forms.
Previewing a Booking Form
Here you can see a booking form for Customer Feedback. You can test it out while previewing it.
You can adjust the stars for your rating - this is just a preview so the booking form is not going to be submitted. Click the "X" in the top right corner to close the preview.
Deleting a Booking Form
To delete a booking form click on "Actions" and then click on "Delete"
Then a success message will appear to let you know you deleted the booking form.

You can also create a new booking form by clicking on "New Form"
