Using the Ticket Scanner

Our ticket scanner is a handy tool that quickly checks and validates tour tickets using barcodes or QR codes. It makes the check-in process faster and smoother, helping to get everyone on board and ready to enjoy the tour without any hassle.

Accessing the Ticket Scanner

Log into https://admin.paxflow.io/. Click on "Ticket Scanner" and click on "Ticket Scanner".

When you open up the ticket scanner you need to select a departure. The date is pre selected for today but can be changed to another date if needed.

You can choose to mark passengers "Arrived" or "Dropped Off"

Verify booking details

Click the "Verify booking details" field to get the activity details for the booking.

A pop up window opens up with Activity Code, Status, Passenger Count, Start Date, Departure Time and Product Vendor.

You can also turn on a flashlight by clicking the checkbox highlighted

End Scanning

When you have scanned all passengers click on "End Scanning"

You will get a pop up window that asks if you want to end scanning for the departure. You can click the check box for "Mark remaining pax as no-show" if there are any passengers that did not show up.

Make sure to click on "Confirm" to end scanning and then all passengers that did not arrive will be marked "No Show"
