How to access your Profile.

Below are easy step by step instructions on how to add and edit your profile in PaxFlow.

Click on your User Name in the right hand corner click and click on "My Profile"

Adding your name to My Profile

Start off by adding your first and last name

to add your phone number click on the phone number field, choose country code and add your number

And then click on "Save changes"

A success message should appear at the top of the page and your profile should now be updated.

Turning notifications on or off

you can turn on or off Available shift notifications, then you will receive an email when new shifts become available for you to pick up or when you have been assigned to a shift.

Set your availability

You can set unavailability for shifts by clicking on "Add unavailability"

The unavailability can be for a certain date range or if you click on "Recurring" you can create unavailability on certain dates within a certain time frame.

then click on "Pick a date range"

And choose the date range you want to create a recurring shift unavailability

Then choose the days you want to mark yourself unavailable.

Type in the title of the unavailability

and then click on "Create" to create the unavailabilty

A success message should appear at the top of the page and your unavailability has been created.

View all unavailability

You can click on the drop down arrow to view all the unavailability dates

to edit a date, click on "Edit" or if you want to delete one or more dates click on the trash can icon next to the date

To bulk delete all unavailability shifts, click on "Delete all"

then click on "Delete"

A success message should appear at the top of the page and your unavailability has been deleted.
