Creating a New Booking in PaxFlow is easy! Whether you need a Quick Booking for a last-minute reservation or a Detailed Booking for more flexibility, the process is simple.
Accessing Create New Booking
Click on "Bookings" and "Create New Booking"
Here you can see the "Create New Booking" page. You can choose between "Quick Booking" or "Detailed Booking"
Creating a Quick Booking
When creating a "Quick Booking" you can only choose departures that have not departed today. In this case we can book additional passengers to the ATV tour at 20:00
Choose how many passengers you want to book, add in the Customer details, First name, Last name, Email and Phone number.
Payment types can be Card, Cash, Voucher from external system or Free an payment status can be Paid in Full or Not Paid.
You can add a discount if you want, but when the booking is ready click on "Create"
A Success message will appear at the top left corner.
Viewing your new booking
to view your booking you can click on "All bookings"
And your new booking is now at the top of all bookings and if you click on the highlighted arrow you get more details about the booking
and you can click on the booking reference to access the booking.
And here is the booking details for your new booking and its flagged as "Last Minute" booking.
Detailed Booking
Click on the "Detailed Booking" tab to create a detailed booking.
In Detailed Booking you can choose any from date to book a tour
and you can choose any tour that your company offers.
Choose Start time
and if applies pickup place
add passenger count
and then passenger information - name, e-mail and phone number.
and if needed you can add booking note
choose payment method
and then click on "Create"
A Success message will appear at the top left corner.
View the detailed booking
to view your booking you can click on "All bookings"
and you can click on the booking reference to access the booking.
And here is the booking details for your new booking, since we added a booking note, click on "Notes" to view it
and then you can see the note under general notes
