How to Navigate on PaxFlow Dashboard
Once you have logged into your PaxFlow account, you will land on this dashboard. From the Dashboard you can find all the features PaxFlow has to offer. If you click on Operations, and all the other dropdowns below you will find all the features in PaxFlow.
Just click on the dropdowns again to close them.
Adding pages to Favorites
You can also favorite the pages you want to appear at the top under "Favorites" by clicking on the star at the far right end by the page in the menu.
A success message appears at the top that you have added the page to your favorites.
You can only add 5 pages to your favorites - if you try to add more you will get a error message at the top of the page.
Then you can easily access your favorite pages by clicking on them at under the Favorites at the top.
click on "PaxFlow" to go back to the home dashboard.
Search in PaxFlow
You can also use the search bar in the menu or at the far right top to search for anything in PaxFlow, for instance booking reference. you can also type "Ctrl+K" to open up the search window.
when clicking the search bar or type ctrl+K you get this pop up search window.
If you click on your user name in the top right corner you will get a drop down with My Profile, Name of the company, Vote for Features, Plan & Billing, System Status and Log out.
What you can interact with on the Dashboard
At the top of the Dashboard you will see New Bookings Today and below you can see how many bookings have been made this month, PaxPortal Logins Today and how many logins this month below and Departures Today - the progress bar indicates how many departures have left and how many in total today and below total amount of passengers today.
For both Bookings and Passengers you have a drop down where you can choose to display the last 7, 14 or 30 days - the default is 14 days.

If you find a bug in our system, you can always use the "Share Feedback" button. This button appears on all sites within PaxFlow, just make sure to click on the button on the site you found the bug on.
The Share Feedback button will grab a screenshot of the page and you can add arrows, type text or highlight the area with the bug. On the right hand side you can add the summary of the bug, description and create issue once these fields are filled in. This is the easiest way for our Developers team to quickly fix bugs in our system. This can also be used for feature requests, if you click on the issue type you can choose "Feature Request" there.
We also have a customer chat, to access it click on the message bubble in the right hand corner.
Our customer chat has access to our Help library, Messages history, News and Tasks. If you click on Ask us a question it will take you to a new chat
Were you can choose from: "I have a Question", "I found a bug" "Talk to Customer Support" or "Talk to Sales". You can always close the chat window by clicking on the arrow below it.
