A booking is a contract between operators and customers and/or resellers. Bookings do always have one or more activity bookings which specify the activities booked by the customer. All bookings have a unique booking ID.

Customer information (name, email address, phone number, invoices) is saved in the booking, Passenger information (amount, categories, date, departure) in the activity booking.

The operator is obligated to deliver activities in the way they were advertised or specified in their terms and conditions. The customer or the reseller is obligated to make a payment to the operator of the agreed amount.
