In case you forgot your password to your Paxflow account, you can easily request a new one.

Press "Reset password" on the login screen.

Type in your email address, check the captcha and press "Request password reset link" to confirm.

Check your email inbox, please note that it might take a few minutes to receive the mail and make sure to check your spam folder.

Click the Password reset button in the email, type in your new password and press "Save"

Now you can login with the new password.
