PaxPortal - Install from Bókun App store

If you are a Bókun PRO user, you can install PaxPortal through the Bókun App Store.

After accessing the Bókun App store you'll see all the apps available. Scroll down to see PaxPortal.

Click on "Fees May Apply" on the PaxPortal app

and click on "Install App"

Go through your pricing plan and the information listed in the next step. Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Install app"

Now your PaxPortal is being created, this can take a moment.

To access PaxFlow you need to create an user.

You start off by adding your E-mail and click on "Continue"

Then PaxFlow will check to see if there is an account registered to this email address.

If no account is found then you need to add your Full name and create a Password for your account. Then click on "Create Account"

You will then be redirected to a login page - type in your email address and click on "Continue"

add your password and click "Continue"

Now you can start setting up PaxPortal for your customers.

PaxPortal is a great way for your customers to get the information they need without having to wait on customer service.
