You need a PaxFlow account with AI assistant access, and a ChatGPT account.
PaxFlow is waiting for approval in the ChatGPT app directory. Until it's listed, add PaxFlow yourself with developer mode, which lets ChatGPT connect to apps that aren't in the directory yet.
Add PaxFlow with developer mode
In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps.
Open Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
Click Create app.
Enter the name PaxFlow and the MCP server URL
https://mcp.paxflow.io/mcpFor Authentication, choose OAuth.
Tick that you trust this app, then click Create.
Sign in with your PaxFlow email and password.
Approve the access ChatGPT asks for.
To use PaxFlow in a chat, open the + menu, choose Developer mode and select PaxFlow.
On a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise plan, a workspace admin has to allow developer mode first.
Add PaxFlow from the app directory
Once PaxFlow is listed:
In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps.
Find PaxFlow and click Connect.
Sign in with your PaxFlow email and password.
Approve the access ChatGPT asks for.
If you added PaxFlow with developer mode earlier, delete that app first.
Try it
Start a new chat and ask:
"What can you access in PaxFlow?"
"Show me tomorrow's departures."
"Find the booking for Anna Jónsdóttir."
ChatGPT asks for your approval before it runs a tool that changes data.
If you belong to more than one company
Name the company in your question, for example "Show tomorrow's departures for Glacier Tours".
Disconnect
In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Apps, select PaxFlow and disconnect it.
