You can connect an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to PaxFlow. Then you can ask it things like "Who is on tomorrow's 9:00 Golden Circle tour?" or "Which staff have no shift next week?", and it answers from your PaxFlow data.
AI assistant access is in closed beta. To turn it on for your company, contact us in the chat or at [email protected].
What the assistant can do
The assistant can:
Find bookings and check passengers on a departure
List departures, products and product availability
Create, update and delete resources and shifts, and invite or update staff
List and write message templates for email, SMS and WhatsApp
Send a message to the passengers on a departure
Read and reply to WhatsApp conversations
What the assistant can see
The assistant gets the same access you have in PaxAdmin. It can only reach companies you are a member of and the sections your role allows, so if your role can't see shifts in PaxAdmin, the assistant can't either.
To check what a connection can access, ask the assistant: "What can you access in PaxFlow?"
Sending messages and deleting data
Before the assistant sends a message, deletes something or removes a staff member, it shows you a preview. Nothing happens until you confirm, so check the recipients, the text and the departure first.
PaxFlow records every request the assistant makes in your company's audit log, under your name.
Connect an assistant
Disconnect
Remove PaxFlow from the assistant's settings. The assistant loses access right away.
