Adding a label on a product

Product labels help you quickly identify and organize your products in PaxFlow. You can use labels to highlight important information, group similar products, or make it easier for your team to find and manage products at a glance. Labels can be added or updated at any time from the product settings.

Accessing Products

Click on Settings and then click on Products


on the product you want to add the label click on the name of the product or click on the actions drop down and click on edit.

once you have opened up the product, scroll down to the bottom to add labels to the product.

Adding labels to the product

The Location setting identifies where your tour or activity takes place. Keeping this up to date helps organize your products by destination and supports operational planning and reporting across PaxFlow. Click on the Location button highlighted in the screenshot

and choose the location or locations you want to add to the product.

The Language setting identifies the primary language your tour is operated in. Keeping this setting accurate makes it easier for your team to identify language specific tours and helps ensure product information is displayed correctly throughout PaxFlow. Click on the Language button highlighted in the screenshot

and choose the language or languages you want to add to the product.

Make sure to click on Save Changes for both labels

a success message appears once you save your changes.
