How to automate an SMS template

Automating SMS message templates in PaxFlow helps ensure timely and accurate communication with your guests. By setting schedules and targeting specific recipient segments, you can streamline reminders and updates with minimal manual effort. Here's how to add automation to your existing templates.

Click on "Messages" and then click on "SMS Templates"

Find the template you want to add the Automation, click on "Actions" and then click on "Edit"

Start off by setting up an Automation for the template. Click on the "Automation" toggle to start setting it up.

Next you want to choose all the products/departures/start times, you want to apply to this template, since this is a tour cancellation template we can simplify things by choosing all your products by clicking the checkbox for "Products in Bokun"

Next you want to set the schedule for the template - since this is a Tour Cancellation template let´s choose "On"

And choose "Departure cancelled"

Next you want to turn on Target Recipients.

Here we have opened up Activity Status and we want to choose "Confirmed"- as you only want to send out a Tour Cancelled to passengers that are confirmed.

To save the changes click on "Update"

And now your template has been automated.
