To set up a custom domain for sending emails from your own domain in PaxFlow, click on Settings and then click on Message Settings.
Click on the "Set up domain authentication." (see highlighted)
and click on "Continue with Domain Authentication" this requires access to your domain settings, which are typically managed where your domain was purchased.
Enter your domain and the email address you want to send from. You only need to put what is in front of the @ sign in the email address
Then click on "Create Domain Authentication"
After entering the domain, PaxFlow will provide DNS records (CNAME records) that you need to add to your domain’s DNS management panel. You or someone with access to your domain provider like your IT administrator must do this.
Wait for the DNS changes to propagate, this can take some time, from a few minutes to 48 hours. Once the DNS records are active, click "Validate" in PaxFlow.
After validation, emails sent from PaxFlow will use your chosen custom email address and domain.
Note: The DNS setup must be completed by someone who manages your domain. Also, the configuration will not be active until validation succeeds. If you need to start over, simply delete the configuration and repeat the process when ready.
