If you are a Bókun user, you can install PaxFlow apps through the Bókun App Store.

After accessing the Bókun App store you'll see all the apps available. PaxFlow has 4 apps, PaxFlow - Customer Messaging, PaxFlow - Customer PaxPortal, PaxFlow - Departure Management and PaxFlow - Fleet Management. To install PaxPortal click on Free to install.

Click on "Install App"

Go through your pricing plan and the information listed in the next step.

Select Install app.

Now your PaxPortal is being created, this can take a moment.

To access PaxFlow you need to create an user.

You start off by adding your E-mail and click on "Continue"

Next you need to add your Full name and create a Password for your account.

Then you can login to your account.

Now you can start setting up PaxPortal for your customers.

PaxPortal is a great way for your customers to get the information they need without having to wait on customer service.
